Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Processing Time: All orders for the Certified Pyrite Bracelet are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

• Transit Time: Once shipped, please allow 4–7 business days for delivery across India, depending on your location.

• Secure Packaging: Each bracelet is packed in a tamper-proof bag to ensure it reaches you in its original, energized state.

  1. The "Unboxing Video" Requirement (Mandatory)

  To protect against transit damage or missing items, a continuous unboxing video is mandatory to claim any refund or replacement.

  • The video must start before the outer courier package is opened.

  • The shipping label must be clearly visible in the video.

  • The video must be unedited, without any cuts or crops.

  • No claims will be entertained without a valid unboxing video.

  2. Non-Returnable Conditions

  Returns or replacements will NOT be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Broken Seal: Once the product box seal or the internal security tag is broken, the item is considered "used" and cannot be returned for hygiene and energetic reasons.

  • Physical Damage After Use: Damage caused by dropping the bracelet, exposure to water/chemicals, or rough handling is not covered.

  • Natural Variations: Pyrite is a natural mineral. Minor pits, internal cracks, or slight color variations are hallmarks of authenticity and are not considered "defects."

  3. Damaged or Wrong Product

  If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item (as proven by your unboxing video):

  • Once verified, we will arrange a reverse pickup or a fresh replacement at no extra cost to you.

  4. Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once the order is moved to "Processed" or "Shipped" status, cancellations are not possible.
